Anti-discrimination Policy

Soft Tissue Solutions, LLC, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, military status, sexual orientation or age. Soft Tissue Solutions, LLC, is committed to accessibility and non-discrimination in all aspects of its continuing education activities. Participants who have special needs are encouraged to contact program organizers so that all reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs can be made.

 

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read over the internet.

 

Transfer Policy

Seminar Transfers: If you would like to transfer your seminar fees to a different seminar of the same module, you are able to do so without penalty prior to 30 days before the seminar start date. If you would like to transfer to a different seminar less than 30 days before the seminar start date, a $100 transfer fee will apply. If you would like to keep your study materials and keep the seminar credit on file to use at a later date, you have 12 months from the purchase date to use that credit. After 12 months from the purchase date, the credit will be void and the seminar materials will need to be returned.

Price Changes: If you have a seminar credit on file and the price of that seminar has increased since you purchased it, you will be responsible for the difference in price in order to attend the seminar. If you cancel a seminar and keep it on hold when you are a student and decide to use it after your student discount has expired (6 months after graduation), you will need to pay the difference in price in order to attend the seminar.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / Returns: All cancellations and returns must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the seminar start date to receive a full refund. All cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the seminar start date will be refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee. All participants who cancel a seminar and receive a refund must also return the study materials for that seminar. Due to the personalized nature of the study materials, all returns on study material will incur a $295 return fee. All returns must be cleared through the ART office, and we must receive the materials and inspect them before issuing a refund. You must also sign and return a “Returned Materials Declaration” verifying that the study materials have not been reproduced or distributed. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card or by the original form of payment only.

 

Apparel / Merchandise Returns: Returns on ART apparel and merchandise (other than ART seminar study materials) must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and the items must be in original condition.
